This EP sees ADJ and Pathic both unleash some serious electro acid tweakery: Chin Up by Pathic features angular beats and a diamond cut bassline, counterpointed with spacious pads and undulating 303s. ADJ’s Old Hat takes the silver box twiddling a stage further, with a more minimal track reminiscent of some of the warehouse destroyers of yesteryear.
Stripping things back further and ramping up the pace, we have Miami based producer FTG. His track, Input Dada, typifies the sound of true Floridian electro - A refreshing dose of alien funk, influenced by the likes of Soul Oddity, Drexciya and Monolake.
To complete the quartet, Seattle native TwoFourteen goes for broke with Slatter Jatter -
A track which comes complete with cut up vocals, elasticated synth sounds and clever Machinedrum programming.
Pressing was limited to 300 copies and we've still got a handful left - They'll set you back £5 + p&p. Click here if you want to grab a copy. If digital is more you thing, you'll be glad to know the EP is also now available from Bandcamp.
